Stantec are seeking talented Civil Engineering Graduates to join our Community Development teams in Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Wollongong, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Springfield, Darwin and Perth.

What will you be doing day to day?

* Assist in preparing civil designs, calculations, drawings, reports and cost estimates using industry‐standard software (12D, AutoCAD) and applicable engineering codes and standards.
* Support senior engineers with project coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication and liaising with authorities to facilitate timely approvals.
* Undertake site visits and construction‐phase support including inspections, progress reporting, contract administration tasks and responding to technical queries.
* Contribute to safe, high‐quality project delivery by maintaining professional standards and ensuring work meets company expectations for accuracy, service, and compliance.
* Actively develop technical capability by engaging in on‐the‐job learning, applying engineering concepts to real projects, and staying current with evolving industry practices.

* Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
* Passion for learning and problem‐solving
* Australian Citizen, PR or NZ Citizen
* Currently in final year of degree or 1‐2 years post‐graduation
