This role is an opportunity to work with children and young people who require care and support to develop life skills, confidence and stability.
You will be based in our Wimmera Southwest region, working as part of a team that provides 24/7 support to young people in need.
Key Selection Criteria
* A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or similar qualification is essential for this role.
* Empathy, understanding and patience are key qualities required to work effectively with young people who have complex needs.
* Consistency and clear boundaries are vital in providing a safe and supportive environment.
