**The Opportunity**
We have an excellent opportunity for an **Temporary Accounts Payable** **Officer / Administrator **to join our McIlwain family and support a large Project team on the Gold Coast. The primary focus of this role will be entering Supplier Invoices and other Accounts Payable related duties. This Temp role will be needed for 3-4 weeks with possibililty of extension.

**The role**:
- Assisting with reconciliation and statements
- End of month processing
- Credit notes and adjustments
- Processing payroll
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting contractors and subcontractors with enquiries
- Providing support to the accounts team
**You will have the following key attributes**:
- At least 1 years experience working in Accounts Payable or similar administration role
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work with suppliers and negotiate payment terms
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- An interest or passion in Accounts Payable;
- Fast & Accurate Data entry skills;

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
