Job Description
A Senior English Leader is required to guide our English faculty with vision, integrity and academic excellence.
This role involves shaping curriculum, coaching pedagogical practice and championing student growth in a Christ-centred environment that values faith, learning and character.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective English curricula that meet the needs of students.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve their instructional practices.
* Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of learning and teaching excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, a philosophy of Christian Education and regular church attendance. They should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Applicants must have a proven track record of teaching and leading in a secondary school setting, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and pedagogy.
