We’re looking for an experienced SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to join our team in Australia.

In this role, you’ll support our managed services customers across the APAC region and contribute to implementation projects by delivering high-quality SAP payroll solutions. You’ll be actively involved in all aspects of customer engagement—from gathering business requirements and applying consulting best practices to implementing tailored solutions that drive value in our clients’ payroll landscapes.

Essential Functions:

· Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients’ business requirements and objectives; develop system configurations to satisfy client needs.

· Provide quality solutions to customers in supporting their SAP Payroll/ Success Factors Employee Central Payroll solutions

· Create and present high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SuccessFactors’ products.

· Assist with developing training materials and train clients on how to utilize the system.

· Troubleshoot and find a resolution of assigned system defects.

· Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables.

· Partner with project managers to ensure project work is kept within budget.

· Participate in weekly internal team meetings.

· Coach junior consultants on project implementation and managed services as applicable.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.

· SuccessFactors module certifications in two or more modules.

· 5 years of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll / SAP Payroll consultant experience.

· 3-5 years of Human Resource business experience or familiarity with key HR concepts.

Success Factors Employee Central Payroll/SAP HCM Payroll

· Solid understanding of Payroll legislation, especially Australia & New Zealand

· Proven ability to identify enhancement requirements and design capability

· Ability to have customer discussions in analysing the requirements and translating them into solutions in payroll

· Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central is advantageous.
