Our client is a multi-site, multi-franchised operation serving customers across NSW. They seek an experienced and driven New Car Sales Manager for their Lithgow area volume dealership. In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous experience as a New Car Sales Manager or Assistant Manager, gained with a franchised new car dealership. You are articulate, well presented and looking for a long term, career role. You are capable of communicating at all levels, double closing and leading from the front. You are located within a reasonable commute.
Responsibilities
* Lead the sales team and manage New Car sales operations for a Lithgow area volume dealership.
* Communicate effectively at all levels, demonstrate leadership from the front, and perform double closing where appropriate.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a New Car Sales Manager or Assistant Manager in a franchised new car dealership.
* Articulate, well presented and seeking a long-term, career role.
* Located within a reasonable commute.
Remuneration
The remuneration for this role will consist of a negotiable retainer of around $70k+ Com + Car or Car Allowance + Super. The on target earnings will see you earn around $160k-$170k.
