Responsibilities
Lead the coordination, governance and delivery of projectsDevelop comprehensive project plans with realistic timelines, resource allocation and budget requirementsCoordinate between the IT team, business stakeholders and vendorsEnsure quality of deliverables and project outcomesManage system testing, data migration and user acceptance testingDevelop and execute training strategies for end users and system administratorsIdentify and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycleProvide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadershipYour Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of project management experienceExperience in business stakeholder engagement and requirements analysisExperience with Kronos and Workforce Management systemsStrong understanding of workforce management processes including timekeeping, scheduling and labour analyticsPMP certification or equivalent project management credentialsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication, leadership, collaboration and stakeholder management skillsBenefits and perks
