Administrative Support Specialist

This role involves supporting the coordination of administrative and clinical teams across the hospital.

* Coordinate various clerical tasks throughout a patient's hospital journey.
* Provide prompt, courteous support to patients, relatives, and staff members.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage incoming calls to the hospital effectively.
* Provide timely, accurate information to patients, visitors, and staff members.
* Work closely with medical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
* Perform and interpret health fund eligibility checks and collect payments.
* Compile and manage patient admission paperwork and clinical documentation.
