Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Toowoomba, QLD. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and lead the branch team, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business performance. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining operational efficiency, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and targets. The Branch Manager will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members to support the growth and success of the branch.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
Proficiency in inventory management and operational planning
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of the agricultural industry is highly desirable
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business operations management
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
