Role Summary
A seasoned professional with a strong technical background is sought to manage sales and inventory of products, including ag chem, fertiliser, and other agricultural merchandise.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with store management, agronomists, and sales teams to provide support such as stock takes, retail operations improvements, on-farm meetings, technical information, and mentoring to enhance performance.
* This role involves analyzing market trends, climatic, and seasonal factors to ensure the organization remains the first choice for rural customers in the region.

* Experience in pricing, margin management, and achieving sales targets through effective category development.
* Ability to network and identify opportunities for business growth.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with SAP ERP and strong MS Excel skills for reporting.
* Current Driver's Licence (Essential).
* Forklift and heavy rigid licence (Desirable).
