Key Role Description
This critical element of enterprise transformation is 'Program PACT', which aims to deliver enhanced customer, risk and business outcomes through sustainable improvements to non-financial risk management practices.
Core Responsibilities:
* Partnering and consulting across a complex stakeholder network to understand, support and deliver on capability and training requirements.
* Empowering the capability community and driving quality, standards and consistency within ANZ's federated learning operating model.
* Designing, adopting and sustaining solutions delivered as part of PACT, including managing vendor engagements where necessary.
* Shaping and guiding the development and delivery of evidence-based capability practice.
