Property Manager Job Description
This is a dynamic role that oversees the management of campus property, maintenance services, and capital projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities meet the needs of staff, students, and parents while maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse team of maintenance and grounds staff to ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
* Plan, budget, and manage capital and maintenance projects from planning to execution, including outsourced works like cleaning, security, and pest control.
Project Management Skills:
* Prepare annual budgets for maintenance and capital projects.
* Identify and address hazards on campus, attend meetings, and ensure that all facilities meet required safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
* Experience in property management, maintenance services, or a similar field.
* Knowledge of building safety standards and work health and safety regulations.
* Strong project management skills, with experience in supervising contractors and managing external service providers.
