About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Participant Support Officer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Manage and resolve participant matters in line with relevant guidelines.
* Provide front-desk support, assisting with participant inquiries at self-help kiosks and online portals.
* Respond to customer inquiries, offering information and referrals to government and community services.
* Manage the team's shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone inquiries.
* Coordinate participant appointments, ensuring accessibility of facilities.
* Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle correspondence.
* Perform data entry tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Record and manage complaints and feedback in business systems.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
