Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain effective communications and rapport with RAMS employees, clients, and key stakeholders.
* Monitor health, safety, environmental, and quality hazards and risks for all personnel.
* Promote a culture of zero harm.
* Ensure compliance with HSE statutory obligations and client requirements.
* Participate in the RAMS management team.
* Lead and implement HSEQ processes to ensure personnel awareness of responsibilities.
* Develop and manage documents according to Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support audit schedule targets and deliverables.
* Apply Australian Standards, Legislation, and Codes of Practice.
* Support diverse teams in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.
* Investigate near misses and incidents, producing timely and professional outcomes.
* Review processes and audits for HSEQ alignment with client and corporate goals.
* Monitor risk assessment quality and provide coaching for improvement.
* Maintain accurate training records.
* Develop and maintain HSEQ reporting systems.
About You:
* Certificate IV in Workplace Health, Safety, and Environment or equivalent.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TapRoot/ICAM training advantageous but not required.
* Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a similar HSE Officer/HSE Advisor or Project/Site Administration role.
* Experience working with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and ISO/IEC 17025.
* Ability to manage conflicting tasks, work independently, and autonomously.
* OHS Construction Induction White Card/Blue Card and current Driver's License required.
