Are You the Right Fit?

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Social Worker who is committed to delivering high‐quality, patient‐centred care within a multidisciplinary health environment.

* Must hold a recognised Social Work degree that provides eligibility for AASW membership.
* Bring demonstrated experience in a health‐related setting, with the ability to deliver a wide range of Social Work interventions.
* Show strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and manage challenging or high‐pressure situations.
* Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, contributing positively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and professional capability, including high‐level written and verbal skills, computer proficiency, and commitment to evidence‐based practice, supervision, and ongoing professional learning.
Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

* A Social Work degree which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Demonstrated experience in a health related field and ability to provide a range of Social Work interventions.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Demonstrated high level communication skills (written and verbal) and computer skills.
* Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to quality processes, and the application of evidenced based practice within social work.
