Key Responsibilities:
* Providing clients with legal advice
* Regularly reviewing applicable case law and legislative changes
* Conducting effective legal research and analysis to produce timely, commercial and legally accurate advice
* Managing a robust workload, including prioritising work and delivering services effectively
* Developing an understanding of client operations and strategy
* Managing prospective client relationships
* Continual professional development and managing MCLE requirements
Requirements:
1. 3+ years' PQE
2. A strong desire to be an integral member of a cohesive team who work together towards a common goal
3. Ability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key issues
5. Practical and client focused problem solving and research skills
6. Previous exposure to Business Development and a natural ability to build strong client relationships
