Job Opportunity:
The Administration Officer role requires the successful candidate to assist staff in providing a top-class cancer treatment service to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and printing treatment lists for effective patient care
* Printing and organising treatment charts, manufacturing worksheets and other essential documents
* Maintaining accurate records and files
* Sorting and reconciling PBS claims with precision
* Tracking statistics for data-driven decision making
* Entering clinical trial data accurately and efficiently
* Coordinating meetings, agendas and minutes with attention to detail
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
* Able to work independently or as part of a team, prioritising tasks effectively
* Discretion when handling confidential information is paramount
* Exceptional attention to detail ensures accuracy in all tasks
* Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrator at a high level is desirable
* Familiarity with medical/pharmaceutical terminology is beneficial
