Early Childhood Education Leadership Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to lead and support Family Day Care Educators in delivering high-quality early childhood services. This full-time permanent role provides leadership and support to Family Day Care Educators using a strength-based approach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding Family Day Care Educators to meet all aspects of the National Quality Framework, with a focus on continuous quality improvement. They will also provide guidance to ensure programs are inclusive and responsive to children and families.
About the Role:
* Lead and guide Family Day Care Educators to meet National Quality Framework requirements.
* Support Educators in applying approved learning frameworks.
* Provide guidance on program development and implementation.
* Deliver professional development opportunities and support performance improvement initiatives.
* Maintain operational compliance with relevant legislation.
About You:
* Hold or be willing to obtain a Diploma in Children's Services.
* A valid driver's license is essential.
* Strong knowledge of early childhood development and education frameworks.
* Skilled in planning, prioritisation, and supporting educators.
* Proficient with administrative and computer systems relevant to Family Day Care.
* Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
* One to two years' experience in Family Day Care or similar childcare service.

Salary: $75,000 - $84,530 + Superannuation Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
