Gardening Expert Required
We are seeking a skilled Gardener/Horticulturalist to provide high-quality garden maintenance services.
* Responsibilities include premium garden maintenance, hedging, topiary, weeding, lawn care, planting and applying fertilizers.
* The ideal candidate will identify plant health issues and apply appropriate treatments.
* This role involves managing jobs and priorities, working independently or leading a small team.
* The successful applicant will safely operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
* Delivering exceptional quality work that meets clients' high standards is essential.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in gardening or horticulture.
* A relevant certificate III qualification or higher is required.
* The ability to handle physical demands in varying weather conditions is necessary.
* An excellent productivity history is expected.
* A valid Class C driver's license, manual vehicle preferred, is required.
* Confidence working independently with minimal supervision is essential.
* A willingness to upskill is beneficial.
