The Role
* Salary band: $110k–$160k + super (experience dependent)
* Advise employers on day-to-day employment issues with a focus on commercial, implementable solutions
* Run and support employment disputes (including strategy, evidence, negotiations and advocacy as appropriate)
* Assist clients with award/enterprise agreement interpretation and pay compliance risk
* Contribute to WHS / workers compensation matters (where aligned to your background)
* A strong pipeline of advisory and disputes work—step into meaningful matters quickly
* Mentor juniors and help lift team capability as you step up in seniority
You'll Be Great If You…
* Have 3+ years PAE in employment/workplace relations (more senior candidates welcome)
* Enjoy balancing technical excellence with clear, practical advice
* Are comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy and accountability
* Communicate confidently with clients and collaborate well with colleagues
* Bring advocacy experience (or a real interest in building it)
