Job Summary
This position involves delivering HR services, including employment relations, workforce planning, change management, policies and systems, managing workplace behaviour and diversity, supporting a respectful workplace culture, and providing general advice on staffing/Award-related matters.
Main Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain stakeholder and customer relationships within the area of allocated responsibility.
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of Human Resource policies, strategies, and operations.
3. Offer generalist human resources advice and consultancy services to a portfolio of clients.
Selection Criteria
* A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or business, or equivalent experience in providing generalist human resources advice and consultancy services.
* Solid knowledge of legislative and regulative requirements relating to human resources management and industrial/employee relations.
* Demonstrated ability to identify significant human resources issues and communicate their business implications effectively.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, including effective dispute management and alternate dispute resolution skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to analyse and problem-solve.
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet predetermined targets and deadlines.
