Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to manage our Adelaide office operations in a part-time capacity.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant day-to-day management of our local facilities, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders.

A key member of our site services team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and partners, leveraging your experience and skills to drive positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate autonomously in a matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Regularly communicate updates and changes to the site services team regarding floor plans, employee movements, rules, policies, and local requirements.
* Act as the primary point of contact for our commercial sites with local landlords.
* Coordinate and escort contractors during facilities and site services works in our Adelaide office.
* Communicate relevant facility activities, such as power outages or planned works, to building occupants.
* Inspect minor contractor works to ensure compliance and quality.
* Ensure that our commercial facility operations in SA and ACT comply with all relevant fire safety, health, and building regulations.
* Support site leadership with emergency control requirements, including training and planning.
* Coordinate site inductions for new staff and contractors.
* Manage office and property accounting, invoicing, and cost analysis.
* Perform facility operations and assist with property planning and project administration.
* Work with supplier management to coordinate purchase requisitions and orders.
* Provide core support and assistance to local and regional sites as needed.

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications in business or a related technical field.
* 5+ years direct experience in facilities, office management, or site services.
* 2+ years working in a large matrix organization.
* Experience working remotely with a geographically dispersed team.
* Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
* Project Management experience/qualifications a plus.
