About the Role As a Registered Architect, you will lead projects through all stages, from concept design to delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and builders to bring residential projects to life, ensuring both design integrity and commercial outcomes are achieved. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of residential projects Lead client liaison, consultant coordination, and approvals Prepare and oversee design documentation with attention to detail Ensure compliance with planning regulations and building codes Collaborate with a talented design team and mentor junior staff About You Registered Architect Proven experience across high-end or multi-residential projects Excellent Revit skills and strong documentation ability Confident communicator with strong client management skills Knowledge of local planning and building regulations Why Join This Practice?
