Role Description
This role involves working with Business Development and Account Management teams to manage subscription clients across the Asia Pacific sales territory. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, handling inquiries, client retention, renewal management, and increasing service adoption. The ideal candidate should be proactive, with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive service adoption and retain client accounts
* Increase client usage of subscription services
* Onboard and train new clients
* Identify upsell opportunities and manage renewal strategies
* Respond to client inquiries and liaise with internal teams
* Track client usage for reporting and support
* Manage payments and invoices with finance
* Gain proficiency in IT delivery options like API and data feeds
* Coordinate content mailings and notify clients of updates and events
* Use Salesforce to log interactions and client data
Internal Communication
* Report on opportunities, challenges, and feedback
* Maintain account summaries for renewals
* Share insights on client usage and behavior
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven customer success experience
* Minimum 2 years in a customer service role
* Highly organized with multitasking ability
* Strong presentation and writing skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
* Self-starter with goal-oriented drive
* Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face interactions
