We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented professional to join our dynamic team at Springwood. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience by ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
* Maintain excellent customer relations and follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
* Follow all customer service procedures to achieve a 100% result on CSI surveys
* Keep the Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving repairs or parts and equipment
* Record all customer appointments in the dealership CRM system
* Complete all repair orders immediately when a customer arrives
* Provide advice to customers on warranty information
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent customer service skills, including in person, in writing, and over the telephone
* Must like helping solve problems and assisting customers
* Accuracy and a high attention to detail
