Key responsibilities include: Managing residential, commercial, and rural property settlements Preparing all documentation required for settlements Liaising with clients, settlement agents, brokers, banks, and real estate agents Providing quotes to prospective clients and managing file setup Building and maintaining strong client relationships Working collaboratively alongside two experienced conveyancers Utilising PEXA for electronic settlements To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience in conveyancing/settlements within a legal or conveyancing environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Well-developed organisational and time management skills Solid computer literacy, including experience with conveyancing systems A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a team APPLY NOW Please call Nikki White @ Gough on 0472 582 395 or simply hit APPLY NOW.
