Early Childhood Educator Role
Key Responsibilities
* Implement the National Learning, Research, and Development program, supporting personal and professional growth for educators.
* Access a range of learning opportunities, including:
o The NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation.
o Unlimited information and resources via the Communication and Resource platform on Padlet.
o Training programs, such as Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children and the Learning Leaves Documentation training.
* Collaborate with the Centre Educational Leader to provide a setting where creativity and curiosity are ignited amongst children, reflective of a well-resourced and planned environment.
About You
* An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Current WA Working with Children's Check.
* Current WA Child Protection Training.
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates.
* A strong focus on Image of Child.
* The ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Standards.
