About the Role:
As a Community Home Care Worker, you'll travel between clients' homes to deliver personalised, person-centred care and support. This role offers flexibility and variety, with services that may scheduled between6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Offer social support and transport, such as accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social activities
* Assist with mobility and use of aids, including walking frames and wheelchairs
* Monitor and report on clients' health, wellbeing, and safety
* Participate in remote team meetings and virtual training sessions as required
What You'll Need:
* Australian Federal Police Clearance
* Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Valid Working Rights in Australia
* Reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle
* Smartphone with internet access
