About This Role
We are seeking a highly driven sales professional to join our Global Wealth Management team in Australia. This newly created role will suit a high-performing salesperson looking to contribute to strategic business priorities and support our global wealth management marketing and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Support efforts in building the GWM business in Australia, working closely with the GWM APAC team and senior leadership team in Asia.
* Work in close coordination to develop and manage relationships with existing and new investors, business partners, including global/regional/local banks and independent wealth groups, platforms, and rating agencies in Australia.
* Become an expert in private markets and Apollo's investment solutions across different asset classes and fund structures, playing a key role in planning and organizing various investor marketing outreach activities.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of the Australian retail distribution landscape with a good track record of success raising assets from HNW investors.
* Sound understanding of alternatives and the ability to advise investors on their investment needs.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with colleagues, partners, and clients.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation and delivery of presentations.
