The key duties of the position include:The Role
CASG Materiel Logistics Function is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Logistics Manager with a record of delivering business outcomes.
As Deputy Director CASG CoLSME Office, you will lead a small team responsible to support logistics outcomes for foreign forces operating alongside the Australian Defence Force.
You will exercise a considerable degree of independence and perform a leadership and representational role.
Developing and maintaining both strategic and tactical level relationships with foreign forces staff as well as ADF stakeholders is core to the role.
You will be accountable for the development and implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements and ensure delivery of necessary outcomes.
You will engage independently and as part of an integrated team in supporting the CoLSME initiative and liaising with foreign forces personnel, product managers and other stakeholders in the management and resolution of complex issues.

The team at Combined Logistics Sustainment and Maintenance Enterprise (CoLSME) provides a single point of entry for foreign forces to access products and services traditionally provided by the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group.

Key attributes and experience required:

* An engaged leader who is an innovative and adaptive thinker and will take accountability while utilising a risk based and flexible approach to delivering outcomes in a rapidly evolving environment.
* You apply skills, knowledge and experience in Logistics Management Information Systems to identify risks and determine appropriate courses of action to meet stakeholder needs;
* You demonstrate expertise in all facets of Supply Logistics.
* A proven ability to build and maintain relationships and engage with high-level stakeholders including members of foreign military forces to manage expectations and concerns.

EligibilitySecurity Clearance:

Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at 'Negative Vetting Level 1'.
