Job Description
As a Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and efficiently respond to their enquiries. You will provide information, advice, and booking services for a wide range of guest requests, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, flight bookings, and more.
* Process and deliver messages for guests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Deliver and safely store guest luggage, ensuring its secure handling at all times.
* Stay current with all hotel services, VIP requests, and special events, providing exceptional support to guests during their stay.
* Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines are maintained around the lobby and front door areas, prioritizing guest comfort and security.
* Provide support to management as required, responding effectively in emergency situations.
* Project a professional demeanor with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service excellence.
