Physiotherapist | Part Time | Private Practice |
Move for Better Health (MFBH) is a privately owned allied health group with three clinics across Adelaide. Our integrated, multi-disciplinary model – Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry and Psychology – delivers evidence‑based care for patients and a genuinely supportive, values‑driven workplace for our team.
We're growing at MFBH Malvern and are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our busy, collaborative team. Established in 1997, our Malvern clinic has a long‑standing reputation for providing excellent Physiotherapy services and for being a great place to work.
About the Role
As a Physiotherapist at our Malvern clinic, you will manage a varied caseload, including:
* Delivering effective, evidence‑based treatment
* Developing tailored management plans to achieve long‑term outcomes and promote better health for all our patients
This is a part‑time position of 2–3 sessions per week, including participation in a Saturday morning roster, working within a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team.
Why you'll love working here
* Mixed caseload across MSK assessments, treatments and small‑group exercise/Pilates
* Longer appointment times so you can provide better care (and think, not rush)
* Excellent onsite facilities: private consulting rooms, large fully equipped strength & conditioning gym, and Pilates studio
* True multi‑disciplinary collaboration with EP, Podiatry and Psychology under one roof
* Mentoring & PD: regular in‑house group PD (often with external presenters) plus access to experienced Titled Sports and MSK Physiotherapists for mentoring and training
* Advanced/complex caseload opportunities, including additional training in managing patients with hypermobility, Ehlers‑Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)
* Great culture: values‑led, friendly, and outcomes‑focused
We are looking for a Physio that can demonstrate:
* High‑quality, evidence‑based MSK physiotherapy across a varied private practice caseload
* Strong hands‑on assessment and treatment skills
* Experience in running group and 1:1 exercise or Pilates‑based sessions
* Confidence in collaborating closely with our EP/Podiatry/Psych teams for shared patient outcomes
* Willingness to contribute to case discussions, PD and quality improvement activities
* A high standard of professionalism, including timely and accurate clinical documentation
What you'll bring
* AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (unrestricted) and full working rights in Australia
* A genuine willingness to learn and develop, with a strong work ethic and team mindset
* APA Titling or relevant postgraduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal, Sports and/or Women's Health Physiotherapy (desirable but not essential)
* Experience with hypermobility, EDS and/or POTS (highly regarded, but not essential)
How to apply
* Please email a PDF of your:
o CV (maximum 2 pages, including two referees)
o One‑page cover letter outlining your interest and fit for the role
Please send your application to Sam Campagnale (Physiotherapy Team Leader) at ***@moveforbetterhealth.com.au.
