We are seeking a Personal Support Specialist to join our team, providing care support in Orange, NSW. Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care services within a person-centred environment that respects the rights and needs of each client.
* Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing and domestic duties.
* Support clients with daily errands, companionship and care.
* Facilitate support with academic, social or recreational activities.
* Prioritize tasks to prepare food, feed clients and administer medications safely.
* Maintain accurate records of client health and wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly.
* Respond effectively to emergency situations.
Career Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* A valid National Police Check (within the last three years).
* An NSW Working with Children Check.
* A current driver's license.
* A First Aid CPR Certificate (valid within the last 12 months).
