Due to recent international acquisitions, our business has seen great growth and as a result, we are now seeking a driven and engaging National Account Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position that can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney, with some travel required.
This is a key position that will have you managing and truly partnering with key national clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager who wants to engage with their customer; you'll become a part of their business and provide high quality, market leading advice and value-add service.
Salary: Competitive salary plus super plus annual bonus incentive and more
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing, supporting, and partnering with clients to cultivate strong relationships.
2. Identifying and developing commercial growth opportunities via online integrated partners.
3. Leading strategy by gathering feedback and adjusting plans to exceed client expectations and stay ahead in the market.
4. Analyzing and sharing key data insights to set goals and improve performance.
5. Creating impactful monthly reports and presentations offering clear forecasts and market insights / updates.
What we are looking for:
1. An experienced, personable National Account Manager with a passion for people and stakeholder relationships.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills applicable to stakeholders of all levels.
3. Proven experience in high-level, market-leading account management.
4. Ability to develop, implement, and manage SLAs.
5. Experience leveraging growth via digital products.
6. Ideally, experience in travel, insurance, or eCommerce industries.
