OverviewOur client is seeking a Level 1 Service Desk person to assist with various ICT technologies across the business during a busy period for an ASAP start.
Reporting to the team leader, you will be working in a friendly team to assist with projects such as mobile phone uplift, docking station upgrades and general support for stakeholders.Due to the nature of the work, you must be onsite full time in their St Kilda office.
Once per fortnight you will need to be flexible to assist with one after hours meeting senior stakeholders will be attending up to around 9pm, thus on this day you will start later in the day for your 7.5 hour working day.
