 
        
        We are seeking a service focused applicant with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills to provide exemplary service to students and staff requiring ICT support. This role requires a person who can perform discovery, assess and use discretion for ICT issues received by phone, online or face-to-face. A Level IV Certificate in Information Technology (or equivalent) is highly desirable. 
The successful applicant will start as soon as mutually convenient. 
This role is permanent, part time over three days per week.
