We are looking for help at Perth Airport to serve our valued customers. This opportunity, in what we call a 'Return Agent' capacity, will be for an ongoing casual role.

Please note this is an outdoor customer service role that involves physical tasks as well as driving duties.
What You'll Do
* Greet customers in a friendly manner and help expedite the rental car return process
* Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per ABG's vehicle damage procedure
* Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometres while accurately inputting them into our handheld devices when needed
* Clean and prepare vehicles as per company standards
What We're Looking For
* Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence
* Full‐time position that requires open availability to work days, weekends, nights, etc. (this is a permanent role, so working holiday visa holders will not be considered)
* Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
* Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
