Key Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of guest experience, including monitoring KPIs, coaching service standards, and resolving customer issues to improve NPS.
* Oversee the recruitment, training, and induction processes to ensure team members are well-prepared and aligned with our values.
* Drive sales and service excellence, manage efficient rostering, and uphold high standards of venue and on-screen presentation.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, food, and security regulations, and manage end-of-shift procedures including cash handling and reconciliation.
