What You'll Do: Drive Growth & Innovation
* Strategic Visionary: Develop and champion a compelling 3-year commercial category strategy for high-growth Frozen & Snacks, influencing major retailers like Woolworths, Coles & Independents.
* Insight Architect: Translate complex consumer, shopper, and market data (Nielsen, Quantium, Circana) into clear, actionable insights.
* Growth Driver: Co‑lead the externalisation of strategic plans into customer Joint Customer Planning (JCP) initiatives, making a tangible impact on sales and market share.
* Innovation Champion: Provide critical category inputs for New Product Development (NPD), assessing potential and ensuring successful launches.
* Retail Partner: Lead end-to-end customer range reviews, crafting compelling selling stories and optimizing shelf effectiveness through advanced Planogram (POG) analysis.
* Cross‑Functional Leader: Act as the category expert within our Market Activation Team (MAT), collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) to embed growth principles.
* Performance Maestro: Monitor and report on category performance, providing strategic recommendations to strengthen business growth and competitive advantage.

* Proven FMCG Category Expertise: A strong track record as an Assistant Category Manager or Category Manager, driving growth through data‑led strategies within the FMCG sector.
* A Data Wizard: Power‑user proficiency in syndicated data sources (Nielsen Scan/Homescan, Quantium, Circana/Synergy) – you live and breathe insights
* A Strategic Thinker and Influential Communicator: A collaborative spirit working effectively within cross‑functional business teams.
* A Deep understanding of shopper mindset, customer go‑to‑market strategies, and category management principles.
