Brand Collective is looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth agenda across our portfolio of iconic fashion and lifestyle brands at Group level, and within individual brands on their most significant growth opportunities.

This is a newly created role that sits at the intersection of customer, commercial performance, data, AI and marketing innovation. Working closely with our Group General Manager, Marketing and senior leaders across the business, you'll identify new opportunities for growth, challenge conventional thinking and ensure every marketing investment delivers measurable business impact.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll become the commercial engine behind our growth strategy, partnering across marketing, loyalty, digital and brand teams to unlock new opportunities and improve customer outcomes.

• Develop acquisition, retention and lifecycle strategies that drive sustainable customer and revenue growth across the Group portfolio of brands, and lead significant growth initiatives within individual brands where the scale or strategic priority warrants dedicated focus.
• Identify new growth opportunities across existing and emerging marketing channels, supported by strong commercial business cases.
• Build segmentation and personalisation strategies that create more meaningful customer experiences.
• Optimise content, communications and customer journeys to improve conversion across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Lead experimentation and testing programs that continually improve marketing effectiveness.
• Champion AI enabled marketing, automation and personalisation, embedding smarter ways of working across the function.
• Own marketing measurement, attribution and commercial reporting, translating complex data into clear business insights.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and shape the future direction of growth marketing across the Group.

ABOUT YOU

You're a commercially curious marketer who thrives on solving complex business challenges through data, insight and innovation.

You combine strategic thinking with hands on execution and know how to influence outcomes across a broad stakeholder group.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience leading growth marketing within retail, consumer or ecommerce businesses.
• Expertise across customer acquisition, retention, CRM, loyalty and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue, profitability and customer lifetime value.
• Experience using customer insights, analytics and first party data to inform strategy and decision making.
• Confidence working with attribution models, measurement frameworks and marketing performance reporting.
• A passion for AI, automation and emerging marketing technology, with experience implementing smarter ways of working.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and influence strategic direction.
