Achieve Something Great

Why You'll Love This Role

* Deliver advanced psychosocial assessment, counselling, advocacy, and consumer-centred support, using high level professional judgment to ensure safe, ethical, evidence based care.
* Lead quality improvement, research, and service development initiatives that strengthen outcomes for families and enhance the effectiveness of the broader multidisciplinary team.
* Grow your professional expertise through structured development, clinical supervision, peer review, and participation in clinical networks—while also guiding the development of others.

This includes recognising indicators of risk, understanding how trauma may present in behaviour and development, and working collaboratively with paediatricians and statutory agencies to ensure children's safety and wellbeing. Your practice will be grounded in trauma informed principles, balancing support, advocacy, and mandatory reporting responsibilities with sensitivity and cultural awareness.
