**The role**:
This role requires flexibility, with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential.
**At Snooze, you'll be**
- Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an **awesome customer experience.**
**You will bring**
- Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
- Customer-centric behaviours
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
