This position is responsible for providing pedagogical leadership to ensure high-quality educational outcomes for children. You will be part of a collaborative team that strives to promote children's agency, choice, and influence in their learning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing leadership and guidance to ensure quality educational programs are delivered.
* Developing partnerships with families and the community to support children's learning.
* Ongoing reflective practice to improve teaching methods and organisational culture.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification.
* Current VIT registration.
* Experience gained in early childhood education.
* Strong organisation and planning skills, including attention to detail.
