If you’ve ever enjoyed streaming a movie or show (and we'll assume that IS something you enjoy), you’ll already be familiar with the work our team does...but we can chat more about that later.
About The Role

The role is collaborative, customer focussed, and solutions oriented, communicating with local & international Content Distribution partners as a daily function.
As a central point of contact for pre-broadcast information, the Specialist keeps a watchful eye on scheduling developments and anticipates the needs of internal clients in ASPP (subtitling), On Demand, ALC, Publicity & Marketing. The role manages a high volume of information and communications (email, Slack, Teams, Sharepoint, Excel and yes, actual in-person meetings!), the right candidate will be organised & communicative with experience coordinating and delivering to deadline.
Consistent and accurate metadata is crucial to support our digital content pipeline and this role will be required to research, verify and manually enter data directly into our systems and work closely with TV & Online Content teams such as Business Affairs, Acquisitions and Commissioning to ensure our program metadata is complete and correct for all our partners, both internal and external.
It is a requirement of this role that incumbents have had two vaccinations with an approved Covid-19 vaccination in line with the ATAGI guidelines which include booster shots. We do however have a medical exemption process and we would be happy to discuss your application should this be applicable to you.
