**This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll and Accounts Payable Officer to work in an established construction company on Sydney's North Shore

This is a permanent full-time position so does require someone with Permanent Residency or Citizenship**
The Role:
* End-to-end management of Accounts Payable
* Setting up new suppliers
* Seeking invoice approvals
* Enter purchase orders into system
* Matching invoices to purchase orders
* Generating payment runs weekly and end of month
* Account and credit card reconciliation
* Processing end-to-end payroll, including all relevant payments and statutory obligations
* Maintaining employee records such as new hires, terminations, pay adjustments and leave
* Preparing payroll reconciliations, reports, and financial summaries to support management and compliance
* Responding to payroll enquiries and producing reports as needed
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience within an Accounts Payable position
* Experience within Accounts Payable within the Construction Industry
* Demonstrated experience with Payroll processing within the Construction Industry
* Working knowledge of large ERP systems specific to the Construction Industry and MS Excel
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
