We are looking for an energetic Part‐time Sales Assistant to join our Kotara store.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role focuses on delivering an amazing customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapport with regular customers, and recognizing loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.
Each Ally Fashion team member is an ambassador of our brand, modeling our values of Customer‐Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while ensuring we make every day brighter as a team.
The Part‐time Sales Assistant will be flexible to work a rotational weekend roster, including late‐night trade, and will be exposed to opportunities to work in a variety of different areas such as the sales floor, front register, fitting room assistance and store reserves.
DAY‐TO‐DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Stay on top of stock levels.
* Connect, consult with, and understand customers to drive the store's sales results.
* Maintain in‐store visual merchandising.
* Support other duties as required.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion, thrives in a fast‐paced environment, works well under pressure, and is passionate about success. You should be proactive, hands‐on, self‐driven, and capable of working in a team or autonomously. You're an individual who lives by fashion inspirations and trends, has an eye for styling, and continuously exceeds customers' expectations. Preferred if you have proven experience in retail, preferably fashion.
