About the role Developing and managing relationships predominantly across the Prime Partner Broker Panel, delivering sales and service excellence, and collaborating with Underwriting on solutions.
Managing pipeline effectively to maximize new business strike rates, renewal retention, and growth in preferred segments.
Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and business plans to achieve growth targets across the allocated panel.
Analysing market trends, gaining broker insights, and aligning strategies to grow Allianz areas of appetite.
Acting as a point of escalation for broker requests, managing credit/debt positions, and contributing to team meetings and sales staff development.
About you Extensive experience in relevant insurance lines and managing a portfolio of medium to large accounts/brokers.
Proven ability in strategic sales, business planning, negotiation, and influencing outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to optimise customer value by delivering high‑quality services and positive experiences.
Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Sound technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance products and associated legislation.
A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
