Responsibilities Empowering clients with care and clarity—supporting them through life-changing transitions. Building strong relationships with insurers, health professionals, and employers to design meaningful, sustainable solutions. Creating tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that promote recovery, resilience and workplace reintegration. Visiting workplaces to understand real-world challenges and advocate for safer, more inclusive environments. Experience Tertiary qualification and registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC Hold a driver’s license and have use of your own vehicle Background in Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychology, Osteo or Exercise Physiologists is preferred but not essential.
