About this role
This is a key position within the pharmacy team that supports daily operations by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and effective supply of medicines and healthcare products.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service in a professional manner
* Serving customers and processing transactions accurately at point of sale
* Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring shelves are clean and organized
* Supporting pharmacists with dispensary tasks and assisting with inventory management
* Assisting with invoicing and stock entry as required
* Providing support to pharmacists and other team members as needed
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 2 years' experience in a pharmacy or retail environment
* Knowledge of dispensary procedures and Webster packing processes (desirable)
* A current driver's licence and willingness to occasionally deliver medications to customers
* Motivation to meet sales targets and ability to use point of sale and computer systems confidently
* An openness to learning pharmacy software and developing skills in this area
