 
        
        Guest Service Agent/ Receptionist 
Quality Inn The George Hotel 
The successful applicant will be responsible for engaging with guests and patrons of both properties as first point of contact. This position offers a range of duties including, but not limited to; Processing all levels of accommodation reservations from multiple sources, Guest interactions, Guest check ins/check outs, attending to guest needs, actively involved in every service department of the Hotel to aid in providing a high level of customer service quality to all guests and patrons. 
What we are looking for: 
Excellent communication skills including telephone manner 
Exceptional Customer service skills with a "can do" attitude 
Professional appearance 
Experience with RMS Reservation system preferred but not required 
Strong working knowledge of Office365, Word, Excel 
Reception administration skills inclusive of receiving and directing calls for all areas of the hotel 
Strong ability to multitask, plan and organise 
Ability to liaise with staff appropriately and direct housekeeping staff 
Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks. 
This role requires applicants to be reliable with the flexibility to work varies shift timeframes between 8am-9pm daily. 
Job Types: Part-time, Casual 
Salary: $21.38 - $38.00 per hour 
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
